YW Calgary launches Transformation Campaign
YW Calgary is launching its Transformation Campaign Tuesday, with the aim to raise $60-million.
The non-profit says thanks to the support of prominent business and community leaders, more than two-thirds of that goal is already in hand.
The funds will be used to develop a purpose-built hub facility for women and their families in Calgary.

It will provide accessible supports including transitional housing, language and employment skills training, childcare, parenting programs, and more.
The kick-off event starts at 11 a.m. Tuesday at West Canadian Digital Imaging on 9 Avenue SE.
