RCMP make arrests in large drug investigation near Strathmore

Gleichen RCMP say they’ve taken down two drug dealers who are believed to be behind a large trafficking operation in Gleichen and the Siksika First Nation.
Mounties say the two moved methamphetamines and prescription pills with an estimated street value of about $10,000.
Following a lengthy investigation, officers arrested two local residents, 59-year-old Vickey Lilgedahl and 50-year-old Gary Donald Tracy.
They’re being charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime and resisting arrest.
