Horror memorabilia galore at this weekend’s CollectorFest

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – Calling all pop culture nerds!

The third annual CollectorFest takes place Saturday at the Chinese Cultural Centre downtown.

Organizer Jon Lee said there will be a few spooky finds.

“We’ve got some horror stuff this year, especially since our show’s near Halloween, so we’ve got some people who’ve made some great art, VHS tapes. They’ve got some signed stuff from the Freddy and Jason actors and posters,” he said.

There will also be interactive gaming stations, seminars and raffles.

Tickets are $5 at the door, and kids under 13 get in free.

A portion of the ticket sales goes to Wood’s Homes.
