Fire destroys home in Sandstone

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – A home has been severely damaged by flames in the community of Sandstone.
The Calgary Fire Department says it was called out by a neighbour who saw flames pouring from the building on Sandstone Drive around 5:30 Tuesday morning.
After the fire was under control, a search of the home found nobody inside.
It’s believed the single-family house was either under construction or being renovated.
Nobody was hurt, and the cause is being investigated.
