ZURICH (AP) _ UBS AG (UBS) on Tuesday reported second-quarter net income of $1.23 billion.
The bank, based in Zurich, said it had earnings of 33 cents per share.
The bank posted revenue of $8.42 billion in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $7.68 billion, which topped Street forecasts.
UBS shares have dropped 4.5% since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped roughly 1% in the last 12 months.
