Four COVID-19 cases found at Peter Lougheed Centre

CALGARY (660 NEWS) – There’s been a small outbreak at the Peter Lougheed Centre in the post-surgery unit.

Four staff members have tested positive.

“AHS has taken aggressive measures to limit the spread and protect the public health. Contact tracing is ongoing and expansive testing,” said Tom Mcmillan, a spokesperson for AHS.

All the patients who may have been exposed were tested, but none were found to have contracted the virus.
