Calgary woman arrested after fleeing crash site

TURNER VALLEY (660 NEWS) – A Calgary woman is facing charges after a crash on Tuesday sent a woman to hospital.
At around 2:00 p.m, a vehicle travelling south on Priddis Valley Road about one kilometre north of Highway 22 rolled over and off of the road.
Two passengers of the vehicle were seriously injured. One woman was taken to hospital by a STARS Air Ambulance.
A third man was not injured.
The driver of the vehicle fled before RCMP could arrive at the scene.
Around 4:30 p.m, the 27-year-old Calgary woman who had been driving the vehicle was found walking on Highway 22 near Priddis Valley Road.
She was arrested, having only sustained minor injuries, and is now facing multiple charges.
