Suspicious death on Macleod Trail under investigation

CALGARY (660 NEWS) — A man in his early 30’s died Friday night and Calgary police are asking for the public’s help.
Around 11:20 p.m. police and EMS were called to the parking lot of the Mazaj Lounge & Restaurant at 9223 Macleod Trail S.W., for reports of a man in medical distress.
Upon arrival, EMS declared the man deceased and the case is being handled by the homicide unit, with an autopsy scheduled for Feb. 22.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed anything suspicious near the restaurant between 10:20 and 11:20 p.m. to come forward.
