CALGARY (660 NEWS) – An inner-city Dairy Queen located at 18th Ave and Centre Street northeast will be re-built after all.
On Twitter Wednesday, Councillor Ward Sutherland says the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board has given the go-ahead after the city previously refused the owner’s efforts to rebuild.

Sutherland adds he understands the planning department is assisting the applicant now.

The refusal was over an increase in the size of the restaurant and a facelift to the drive-thru.
