The Calgary Board of Education says it will be closely monitoring staffing levels to ensure there are no more operational pressures and continuing to follow all health and safety measures.

The Catholic School District says much of the same, adding it has also added new university graduates to their roster to ensure they have extra staff on hand.
Both boards say they have no plans to offer vaccinations in schools, with the CBE adding a decision to do so would be up to the province.
