Victim ID’d, police continue to investigate Rundle homicide

CALGARY – Police say a suspicious death on Friday in rundle has now been deemed a homicide.

The victim has been identified as 37-year-old Blake Louis Walker.

He was found dead near 26 Avenue and 38 Street northeast on Friday afternoon.

Police say they found the man’s truck in Dover the next day.

Police want to know where the truck was over a 24-hour period between Friday at 6 a.m. and Saturday at 6 a.m.

Anyone with information on the truck or the death of Walker can call police or submit an anonymous tip via Crime Stoppers.
