Calgary’s Foothills WFC back in action for first time since 2019

CALGARY (660 NEWS) — It’s a game over a year in the making: Calgary Foothills WFC at St. Albert Impact FC.

And it’ll be a Friday night of firsts:
– first Battle of Alberta in United Women’s Soccer (UWS)
– first game for Foothills WFC since 2019
– first-ever match for Impact FC
– first-ever all-Canadian meeting in UWS

Since joining UWS in 2017, Foothills has finished first in the Western Conference twice and was the 2019 championship runner-up.
