Man sought after string of gas station, convenience store robberies

CALGARY — Calgary police are searching for a man they believe is connected to nine robberies that happened over the last month.

Since June 7, investigators have noted the string of gas station and convenience store robberies and believe they are connected due to similar circumstances and a similar suspect description.

The robberies happened in the communities of Abbeydale, Forest Heights, Radisson Heights, Rundle, Sunridge, Erin Woods, Penbrooke Meadows, Red Carpet, and Winston Heights/Mountview.

The most recent robbery happening on Wednesday.

The man is described as being between 30 to 45 years old, 5’11” to 6’ tall, and has been wearing a blue surgical face mask, brown hoodie and a grey baseball hat.

Anyone who may have any information that could aid police in finding the suspect is asked to contact police.
