Suspect in theft from downtown restaurant patio sought

CALGARY – Calgary police are looking for a suspect in a recent theft downtown.
Around 5:30 a.m. on July 9, 10 patio chairs were stolen from Caribbean restaurant Simply Irie on 6 Street S.W.
Police say the suspect cut a chain that was locking the patio, took the chairs, and ran off.

The same suspect is believed to be connected to other similar cases involving the restaurant.
