Calgary’s Bow building sold to Oak Street for $1.2B

CALGARY – An iconic part of Calgary’s skyline has been sold to new owners.

H&R REIT announced Tuesday it would be transferring ownership of the Bow building, along with its Bell office campus in Mississauga, to Oak Street Real Estate Capital in a deal totalling $1.67 billion.

H&R will retain management contracts for both buildings.

The total value for the Bow is approximately $1.216 billion or $608 per sq.ft.

The total value for the Bell Campus is approximately $457 million or $415 per sq.ft.
