Calgary Caribbean restaurant again targeted by thief

CALGARY – A downtown Calgary Caribbean restaurant is yet again the victim of theft after being targeted several times in recent months.
Police say around 2 a.m. last Friday, a man broke the glass door at Simply Irie on 6 Street SW and went into the restaurant to grab the cash register before taking off on his bike.
Detectives are sharing CCTV pictures of the suspect in hopes of being able to identify and track him down.

Earlier this year, Simply Irie lost 10 patio chairs after a man broke into their outdoor seating area on July 9 and snagged them.
Police believe the same man is responsible for the thefts at this restaurant.
