Stolen van with dog inside found safe

A dog and van that were stolen early Thursday morning have been found safe.
Calgary police tweeting the update late Thursday evening.

Around 1 a.m., a grey Pontiac Montana van, was taken from outside a home in the Huntington Hills area.
At the time of the theft, police say a black Labrador retriever, named Buddy, was inside the van.

Officers searched the area and were unable to locate the vehicle or dog.
Then, around 9 p.m. on Thursday night, police announced the van and the dog had both been found and that Buddy was being reunited with his owners.
