Several people hurt, one critically, in rollover crash on Macleod Trail

A man is fighting for his life after a vehicle rolled on Macleod Trail in Calgary’s S.E. around 1:40 p.m. Monday.
Calgary police were called to the scene after a number of collisions were reported along Macleod Trail, between Southland Drive and Willow Park Drive.
TRAFFIC: SB Macleod Trail remains closed by rollover crash at Southport Way / Willow Park Drive.

When they arrived, officers found several people had been hurt.
It’s believed the crash involved a driver who was in a stolen vehicle. That person was among those hurt and taken to the hospital.
The southbound lanes of Macleod Trail have been closed while police investigate. Motorists are being urged to find an alternate route.
