More Flames players starting COVID protocol

The Calgary Flames say three more players have been added to the COVID-19 protocol list a day after the NHL announced the team’s games scheduled for this week would be postponed.

The Flames shared on Twitter that Noah Hanifin, Milan Lucic, and Sean Monahan have all begun following the league’s COVID protocol.

On Monday, the NHL shared that six players and one staff member were entering the protocol, and as a result, the team wouldn’t be travelling for upcoming games.
The games the team was set to play this week, including games in Chicago and Toronto, are being rescheduled.
