Pascal said he’s dined at Model Milk on 17 Avenue, as well as visited Banff and Lake Louise. He also mentioned that he went dog sledding, although he didn’t specify where.
“You gotta go to Banff,” Pascal said.
Edgar-Jones, who shot scenes for her upcoming series Under the Banner of Heaven in Calgary as well, connected with Pascal through their similar experience of seeing the Northern Lights. While Edgar-Jones saw them in Finland, Pascal says he saw them here in Alberta.
“We were driving from Calgary to Edmonton to go and shoot, and yeah I didn’t go on a camping trip–I was a passenger in a car, and I was like ‘what is that?’ And they were like, that’s the Northern Lights,” Pascal said. “And it was full Spielberg, green across the whole–it was one of the most unbelievable things I’ve ever seen.”
