By CityNews Staff

Strathmore RCMP are searching for two suspects who set a local junior high school on fire over the weekend.

Police were called to Crowther Memorial Junior High on April 23 around 12 a.m. for reports that a portable classroom had been set on fire.

Damage to the building is estimated at around $100,000.

Police think some spray paint vandalism nearby is connected to the same two suspects.

Several photos of two suspects have been released.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact the Calgary police non-emergency line at 403-266-1234. Tips can also be submitted anonymously to Crime Stoppers.
