Calgary’s Red Lot open for Game 4 against the Oilers, free tickets already depleted
The Calgary Flames’ Red Lot is open again for Tuesday night’s Game 4 against the Edmonton Oilers, after being closed for the last two playoff games due to bad weather.
With high fan demand for a spot and capacity limits an issue, the Flames started requiring free tickets for entry to its viewing parties, some of which have been resold online for a hefty sum.
While the Lot was closed for Game 3 on Sunday, the Flames opened up the Saddledome so fans could still gather to watch the game.

Free tickets for Game 4’s event became available Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. and were almost instantly “sold out” according to Ticketmaster. The Flames also announced tickets would be non-transferable, presumably to avoid scalping.
Red Lot tickets are now available for tonight's game! Reminder, they are free and non-transferable!

The Red Lot has been a popular place for fans to watch the Flames in an official environment on a big screen, and an affordable alternative to buying pricey tickets to home games at the Saddledome.
Red Lot viewing parties were previously closed for away games, but the Flames started to host them because of high demand from fans.
Game 4 between the Calgary Flames and Edmonton Oilers begins on Tuesday night. Coverage starts at 7:30 p.m. MT on Sportsnet and Sportsnet 960 The Fan.
