Calgary Blue, Red Line delays expected this weekend

Commuting times may take longer this weekend if you’re in the northeast and northwest parts of the city.
Calgary Transit says the Blue Line will be closed between Saddletowne and McKnight-Westwinds Station until Monday morning.
Transit services are completing the necessary maintenance and repairs including work in the 64 Avenue tunnel and lighting and pull box upgrades.

Calgary transit says shuttle buses will replace the train service between the stations and will run every three minutes.

Meanwhile, Calgary transit adds that the Red Line starting from the Heritage station will run along a single-track only between 39 Avenue and City Hall Station.

People boarding from Heritage Station will use the east side of the platform only. Transit services will be renovating the platform and completing other projects.
