Calgary Police are out looking for suspect in Greenview shooting

Calgary Police say they continue to investigate a shooting that took place earlier this week.

On Monday, June 22 at around 3:50 p.m. police received reports of gunshots fired near the intersection of Edmonton Trail and 36th Avenue Northeast.

A woman driving a black Hyundai Tucson was stopped at the intersection when a man pulled up in a Toyota Highlander and opened fire at the Tucson before fleeing the scene.

Police recovered nine bullet casings, but no one was hurt.

They want any witnesses to the shooting or people who were driving nearby and have dashcam video to contact them.
