During the parade, from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., the following roads will be shut, with only pedestrian access available:

For the remainder of the 10-day event, there will be limited access to Ramsay between 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily. Residents of Ramsey will be able to access the area only by permit at Spill Road S.E. and Burns Avenue S.E., and Bellevue Avenue S.E. and MacDonald Avenue S.E.
Transit encouraged
Calgarians are encouraged to take transit into downtown throughout Stampede in an effort to limit vehicle traffic and delays.
On Friday, July 8, CTrain service will run through the day as normal, with all downtown stations within one block of the parade route.
The city says bus detours will be in effect, with customers asked to check the website for schedules and changes.
A number of parking lots will also be closed Friday for the parade. You can find a list of them here.
