Alberta RCMP cancels Civil Emergency alert for Myles Sanderson

The RCMP cancelled a Civil Emergency alert for Alberta in the search for Myles Sanderson.
Sanderson is facing first-degree murder charges, accused of carrying out a deadly stabbing spree in Saskatchewan that killed 10 and injured 18 others.

The alert was called off Wednesday morning as officials reiterated; “the public should continue to be on the lookout for him.”
“This situation continues to develop and if a new alert is required because there is once again a threat to human life, a new alert will be issued,” an update from RCMP reads.
“The RCMP in Saskatchewan continue to search for Myles Sanderson.”
