Calgary police are asking the public for help finding a woman who may have been the last person to see a man before he died weeks ago.
Officers say they were called to the area of 18 Avenue/Victoria Crescent and 20 Street NW in the community of Capitol Hill on Aug. 25 for reports of a man laying unresponsive on the road.
When emergency crews got there, the man in his 50s was pronounced dead at the scene. Police describe the incident as an “undetermined death.”
Investigators say the woman they are looking for is described as having long blonde hair and multiple tattoos on her arms. She was last seen on Aug. 27 driving a 2009 white GMC Sierra truck near the Calgary Drop-In Centre at 1 Dermot Baldwin Way SE.
Police have already recovered the truck the woman was seen driving in.
Anyone with information about the woman or about what happened to the man is asked to call police at 403-266-1234. You can also leave a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
