Guns, nearly $500K of cocaine seized from Calgary Airbnb

A 31-year-old man is facing charges after Calgary police found guns and cocaine in the Airbnb room he was staying in.

Officers were called to a bedroom rental in Calgary’s southwest community of the Beltline Saturday for reports of weapons and drug activity.

After searching the room, police say they found just under $500,000 worth of cocaine along with cutting agents. Officers say they also found three guns, illegal magazines, ammunition, and other “drug distribution equipment” such as scales.
