Genesis Centre hosts job fair for those exploring potential opportunities

Those looking for a job can have a look at a bunch of potential opportunities at a job fair in Calgary Saturday afternoon.
Member of Parliament for Calgary Skyview, George Chahal, is organizing the event at the Genesis Centre in the northeast from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. today.

Several organizations will be in attendance with employers from tech, energy, finance, trades, aviation, logistics, and many more sectors will be looking to hire.
There will be opportunities available for companies like Amazon, Enterprise, WestJet, TD Canada Trust, Loblaws, and more.

The event will be showcasing over 1,000 well-paying roles for those looking for employment.
In addition to the fair, there will also be a Calgary Employer Forum for diverse youth on Nov. 22 at the Genesis Centre in partnership with the Trellis Society with the aim to help marginalized and underrepresented racialized communities.
