Calgary Christmas Day alleged murderer wanted Canada-wide

Calgary police have issued a Canada-wide warrant for a suspect accused of a fatal shooting in Forest Lawn that happened on Christmas Day.

The shooting happened at around 4:30 a.m., where police found 24-year-old Calgary man Samuel Welday Haile, who died in hospital.

Police say 22-year-old Yosief Hagos is wanted Canada-wide for the alleged second-degree murder.

Hagos is described as being 5’11” tall, around 140 pounds, and having a slim build.

Calgary police officers are asking people to exercise caution if they know the suspect as they say he is armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
