Actor Kevin Costner is reportedly not returning to the hit TV show Yellowstone.
Reports surfaced Wednesday that the star wouldn’t return to the fan-favourite Western series after season five.
The news comes a day after Costner’s wife of 19 years, Christine Baumgartner, filed for divorce.
Reports also indicate there was drama brewing between the actor and the co-creator of the Paramount series, Taylor Sheridan, over Costner’s commitments to filming the remaining episodes of the current season.
There is also allegedly no update on when the cast and crew will return to Montana, where the series is filmed, to finish season five.
Yellowstone‘s new season was expected to return this summer, but it’s unclear whether filming has been completed.

He was also the parade marshal for last year’s Calgary Stampede parade and played with his band, Kevin Costner and Modern West at the Big Four Roadhouse.
