Power outage affects thousands in north Calgary: ENMAX

Thousands of Calgarians were without power for a few hours in areas in the city’s north Wednesday.

ENMAX reported 3,436 homes and businesses in Carrington, Lewisburg, Livingston, and Panorama Hills were affected at around 5:30 p.m.

It’s unclear what caused the outage, but an investigation is ongoing.

Power was restored just before 9 p.m.
