Highway 9 reduced to 1 lane due to 2-vehicle crash: Airdrie RCMP

Mounties and emergency services are on the scene northeast of Calgary for a two-vehicle crash Friday.

Airdrie RCMP say it happened on Highway 9 and Range Road 263.

The highway has been reduced to one lane for the time being, but it’s expected to open up again sometime in the evening.

Officials say they are currently investigating, and it’s still unknown what caused the crash.

Police say those who were involved suffered minor injuries and are being attended to.
