Calgary police are asking for help from the public to find a man they believe has information related to a hit-and-run in a grocery store parking lot earlier this week.
On Tuesday just before 1:30 p.m., investigators say a woman was struck in the parking lot of the Sobeys grocery store in Cranston.
At the time, the woman was walking across the parking lot with a shopping cart when a vehicle, described as a dark-blue, two-door, 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt with black rims, reversed out of a west-facing parking stall and hit her, according to police.
The woman was knocked to the ground, leaving her with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the vehicle then left the scene.

The woman was taken to hospital in stable condition following the incident.
However, investigators now say her condition has deteriorated.
Police are now hoping to speak with a man who was in the area at the time of the incident and is thought to have information that could help the investigation.
The man is described as having a medium build and light brown facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat with a white Toronto Blue Jays logo, sunglasses, a black jacket, a dark-coloured shit with a white design on the front, dark-coloured jeans and black shoes.
Calgary Police Service continues to investigate the incident.
Anyone with information about the incident or who knows the identity of the man, or who has dashcam footage, is asked to contact police at 403-266-1234 or anonymously through CrimeStoppers.
