Man in hospital after downtown stabbing: Calgary police

A man was rushed to hospital after a stabbing in downtown Calgary Saturday evening, police say.

Officers say the incident happened around 9 p.m. near the Superstore in East Village.

They say a man approached security with what appeared to be non-life-threatening stab wounds.

An investigation is ongoing.
