Calgary police looking for CCTV, dashcam footage in Marlborough shooting investigation

Calgary police are continuing to investigate a shooting that happened in Marlborough earlier this month.
Just before midnight on Thursday, Nov. 9, officers were called to Marcombe Drive for reports of a shooting.
When police arrived, they found a vehicle that had been involved in a collision with a power pole, which caused a loss of power to the area.
Police say one person was found in the vehicle and had been shot.
Three people were taken to hospital, one in critical condition, and two others in stable condition.

As investigation into the incident continues, officers are looking for footage from various areas in the community, including parking lots, green space, parks, main roads, side streets and alleyways.
They are hoping to capture suspicious vehicles, individuals or activity, including any vehicles travelling at high rates of speed in different areas between 11:40 p.m. and midnight on Nov. 9.
Police are looking for footage from the area surrounding the 900 block of Marcombe Drive NW, the area around Bob Edwards School near the 4400 block of Marlborough Drive NE, and the area of St. Mark School on Marbank Drive NE.
