3 dead in shed fire in Calgary’s Crowfoot Crossing

Three people are dead after a fire in a shed in the commercial area of Crowfoot Crossing in Calgary Monday morning.

Fire and EMS arrived at the scene on Crowfoot Way NW shortly before 4 a.m.

The fire happened in a shed outside a Lowe’s hardware store located in the busy commercial area.

Investigators say after reviewing CCTV footage, the fire has been deemed not suspicious, and they are working to identify those who died.

Next of kin notifications will be made when the people are identified.

No other information is available at this time.
