Calgary police are asking witnesses to come forward with information on a possible assault at the Franklin CTrain Station Tuesday night.
Officers were doing regular patrols in the parking lot of the southeast station around 10:15 p.m. on Feb. 13, when they found a man in medical distress.
Investigators say the man was taken to hospital in life-threatening condition and remains in hospital.
Following a medical exam, police say the circumstances of the man’s condition are considered suspicious.
Police are now looking to speak with any witnesses, anyone with information about the incident, or anyone who may have seen something suspicious at or near the Franklin CTrain Station on the south side of Memorial Drive near the spiral staircase, between 9:10 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
