Remains found in grass fire west of Calgary identified as 33-year-old man

RCMP have identified the man found dead during the investigation of a grass fire west of Calgary last week.
On April 3, the Tsuut’ina Nation Fire Department responded to a grass fire near Range Road 40 and Township Road 241 in Rocky View County.
While extinguishing the blaze, firefighters found human remains.

An autopsy was completed on April 4.
Police are now investigating the death as a homicide.
The man has been identified as 33-year-old Calgarians Kyle Schuiling.
