CTrain service resumes on stretch of Red Line following power outage

CTrain service has resumed in south Calgary after some riders were being forced onto shuttle buses on Wednesday afternoon due to a power outage.

Calgary Transit posted about the issue just before 1 p.m. and said the outage was disrupting train service on the Red Line between 39 Avenue and Southland stations. Regular service resumed around 1:30 p.m.

Shuttle buses were running in place of trains during the outage.
