By Cole Fortner

St. Albert RCMP says 28-year-old Kaj Alexander Randall is in custody in connection to a double stabbing that happened Thursday night.

Friday, Mounties released a statement saying Randall was wanted after he was linked to the alleged stabbing of two teenage girls at a home in the Riverside neighbourhood.

RCMP says he was apprehended in Edmonton by the city’s police service.

Randle is now waiting for a bail hearing, which RCMP says will happen later on Saturday.

At this time, there is no update on either the 13-year-old girl or the 17-year-old girl who were taken to hospital with multiple stab wounds.
