Man dead after golf cart accident at Kananaskis golf club

A man is dead after an accident involving a golf cart in Kananaskis last weekend.

Kananaskis Country Golf Course says a “tragic incident” involving a single golf cart and a course ambassador resulted in “a loss of life” on Saturday.

STARS air ambulance confirm they transported a man in his 50s.

“Our Kananaskis Country Golf Course community is very close and we offer our deepest condolences go out to all those affected,” reads a statement from the golf club.

Alberta Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) are investigating the incident.
