A former employee of a Calgary rehab centre is facing charges of voyeurism, according to police.

The investigation started in January after a staff member told police they believed a coworker had intimate photos of a care facility client on his personal cellphone without their knowledge or consent.

During the investigation, police also found the man had an intimate video of himself and a woman that he was sharing without her consent.

The woman in the video was not a client of the care facility.

Last week, police executed a search warrant in the community of West Springs, on 8A Street SW.

Twenty-seven-year-old Kyle Lozano has since been charged with one count of voyeurism and two counts of distributing intimate images without consent.

Police say he no longer works at the care facility.

Lozano’s next court appearance is scheduled for May 6.

Anyone who might have information about this investigation is asked to contact the police non-emergency number at 403-266-1234 or tip anonymously through CrimeStoppers.
