The lineup for the 46th Calgary Folk Music Festival was released Wednesday, ahead of the jamboree’s return to Prince’s Island Park July 24-27.

The four-day, multi-stage event will feature 68 artists this year.

Thursday night will feature Michael Kiwanuka and Elisapie on the mainstage with Sierra Ferrell as a closer.

Friday will feature songwriter Patrick Watson, Ruby Waters, Cymande, BADBADNOTGOOD and Moontricks.

Steve Earle and Reckless Kelly will headline the mainstage on Saturday night, teed up by blues rockers Los Lobos and Madeleine Peyroux.

CAKE’s 20-year career will be celebrated on Sunday night, and will see performances from Ocie Elliott and LA LOM.

Folk Fest says the 2025 celebration will have all kinds of music for all kinds of folks; roots, indie, funk, hip-hop, soul, blues, and more.

The event will also feature an artisan market, food and drink, as well as a family zone.
