The votes are in — and Calgary audiences have spoken.

Downstage’s The Strategy of War is the winner of this year’s Behind the Curtain People’s Pick Award, earning nearly 30 percent of the vote.

It edged out a strong showing from Our Fathers, Sons, Lovers and Little Brothers and Legally Blonde to take the title of fan favourite for the 2024–25 theatre season.
