Police are looking for information after a pickup truck riddled with bullet holes showed up at a Calgary hospital over the long weekend.

Calgary police say a black Ford F-150 arrived at South Health Campus in the city’s southeast around 5 p.m. Monday.

The truck was being driven by a man who went into the hospital with minor injuries. Officers arrived and tried to talk to the man, but he would not cooperate in their investigation, according to police.

He was eventually released from the hospital. No other injuries have been reported in connection with the incident.

Investigators believe the pickup truck was hit with dozens of bullets in what investigators believe was a targeted shooting. There was no threat to the public, hospital staff, or patrons, police say.

They are still working to figure out where the truck was shot.

Anyone with information on the possible shooting or damaged truck is being asked to call police at 403-266-1234 or submit tips to CrimeStoppers anonymously.
