Truck spills diesel in SE Calgary rollover

A single vehicle rollover in Calgary’s SE has sent one person to hospital.

Crews were left to clean up diesel in Calgary’s southeast Thursday morning, after a truck rolled and spilled its load.

It happened just after 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of 84 Street SE and Peigan Trail SE.

The driver was taken to hospital as a precaution with minor injuries.

Members of the Calgary Fire Department attended the scene to clean up the spill.

There are expected to be minor traffic delays in the area as the work is completed.
