Calgary police are looking for a man who allegedly exposed himself to a woman sitting in her car in the Beltline earlier this month.
Investigators say on Wednesday, Jan. 7, around 7:30 p.m., a woman was sitting in her parked car near 11 Street and 13 Avenue SW when a man she didn’t know approached her.
He then opened her front passenger door, exposed himself, and committed an indecent act while making lewd comments, according to police.
The woman was able to drive away from the scene.
She reported the incident to police the next day.
Police canvassed the area looking for witnesses and camera footage but haven’t been able to find an image of the suspect or identify him.
A composite sketch has been created and released to the public with hope of advancing the investigation.
The suspect is described as between 5’8″ and 5’10” tall, around 35 years old, with a slim build, dark hair, a medium complexion, and a beard.
At the time of the offence, he was wearing a felt coat, black joggers, a red-and-grey scarf, and a toque.
