1 in life-threatening condition after NE Calgary assault, suspect arrested

One person has been sent to hospital in life-threatening condition after they were assaulted in NE Calgary early Friday morning.

One person has been taken to hospital in life-threatening condition Friday morning following an assault in northeast Calgary.

Police say it happened around 6:20 a.m. on Rundlecairn Road NE near 48 Street NE.

An individual has also been taken into custody.

Police continue to investigate the incident.
