Man in critical condition, 3 teens arrested after NE Calgary stabbing

A man is fighting for his life in hospital after he was allegedly attacked by three teens in northeast Calgary on Sunday night. Police say officers were called to the McKnight–Westwinds LRT Station area around 9 p.m. for reports of an assault.

A man is fighting for his life in hospital after he was allegedly attacked by three teens in northeast Calgary on Sunday night.

Police say officers were called to the McKnight–Westwinds LRT Station area around 9 p.m. for reports of an assault.

When they arrived, they found a man suffering from stab wounds. He was transported to hospital in life-threatening condition.

Officers searched the surrounding area and found three suspects, ages 14, 16 and 18, who were taken into custody.

Charges are pending and the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
